Oceania Cruises recently revealed new menus with more plant-forward dishes to captivate diners in The Grand Dining Room and Terrace Café from breakfast through dinner. No matter how lengthy the sail, consider epicurean boredom an impossibility: Oceania’s glam plant-based dishes hopscotch the globe, with Greek, Middle Eastern, Korean, and Malaysian flavors among the bold exotic selections. (In specialty restaurants, guests can request vegetarian meals.)
