THE RESORT AT PAWS UP has 30 luxury tents in five different remote camps where you can “rough it like a royal.”

When you first pull aside the flap on one of the safari-style canvas tents, you’ll find sumptuous linens adorning a rustic bed, set amidst chic Western furnishings. Overhead, a cooling fan stirs the fresh mountain air, with both air-conditioning and heat at the ready to assure your comfort. Oh, and each tent has its own master bathroom with a slate shower and heated slate floor. Choose among the two-bedroom tents for a family expedition, or select a one bedroom tent with an elegant copper tub for two for the ultimate romantic sojourn.

The five camps are situated in a variety of scenic settings, from cliff-side or creek-side to along the Blackfoot River, and at four miles from the Village at Paws Up, distant enough so that you may immerse yourself in nature, but not so far away that your camp chef and camp butler cannot attend to your every whim.
