WRITER DYLAN OPENS UP ABOUT HER ADOPTIVE DAD

Doco revisits abuse claims: WOODY ALLEN UNDER THE LENS

They were once Hollywood royalty, but their fairytale came crashing down amid allegations, court proceedings and scandalous headlines around the world. Now Mia Farrow and Woody Allen are back in the limelight.

An explosive new documentary, Allen v. Farrow, featuring unseen court documents and home video footage, brings to light a new perspective on both their relationship and their daughter Dylan’s accusations of abuse against Woody, which he has steadfastly denied.

It begins in 1980 when Mia was a newly divorced single mother of seven and couldn’t imagine a man wanting to be a part of her life. But she met director Woody Allen and was charmed. At first, Woody was clear that he wanted little to do with her children, but over time he became part of the family.

In 1985, Mia adopted Dylan, who was born in Texas, and the pair welcomed biological son Satchel, now Ronan, to the world two years later. In 1991, Woody adopted Dylan and another of Mia’s children, Moses. As their family came together, Mia became Woody’s great muse and starred in 13 of his movies during their 12-year relationship.
