Baby Archie Is 'Absolutely To Die For'

The beaming smiles said it all. Proud new parents Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, couldn’t hide their delight as they showed off their gorgeous baby boy, Master Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

And the Queen also sported a huge grin as she met her eighth great-grandchild for the first time last week.

Wee Archie – the name took everyone by surprise – was born on May 6. A thrilled Harry and Meghan introduced him to the world for the first time two days later, with happy mum Meghan revealing that their boy has been a dream so far.

“It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing. I mean, I have the two best guys in the world. So I am really happy.”

She added that Archie had “the sweetest temperament, he’s really calm”, and a smiling Harry quipped, “I don’t know who he gets that from.”

He also said they hadn’t worked out who the baby looks like. “Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks. We’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows?”

Harry glowed with happiness when he broke with tradition to front up to the media just a few hours after Meghan gave birth to announce the arrival of his son.

“Mother and baby are doing incredibly well. It’s been the most amazing experience I could ever have possibly imagined,” grinned the prince, who was with Meghan as she gave birth in a London hospital.

“How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension, but we’re both absolutely thrilled and so grateful for all the love and support from everybody out there. It’s been amazing, so we just wanted to share this with everybody.”
