Lamorna Hollingsworth, 39, is a nutritionist and intuitive-eating coach who lives in Hereford with her husband Gareth, 40.

I’ll admit that I used to judge women for wearing crop tops. Until as recently as two years ago, I would often look at someone wearing a crop top and think, ‘They don’t have the body for that’ or ‘They’re too old to wear one’.

But I’ve changed. I realised that my judgement was coming from a place of insecurity. It had nothing to do with the women or their clothes, and everything to do with me.
