My go-to remedy

If I’m feeling a little flat or unmotivated, I find that doing weights, a run or a high-intensity workout helps shake off those feelings and puts me in a positive headspace. With my headphones in and 80s music on, I instantly feel better. I’m a big believer in affirmations at the start of each day. They’re great for encouraging a balanced and happy mindset for the day ahead.

My favourite meal

I love all types of fish as well as cooking with fresh herbs and spices. I love raw fish so any type of sushi, really. My favourite meal would have to be a lovely, marinated piece of salmon, with sweet potato, salad and chopped avocado on the side. I like to eat quite light dinners and this has been my go-to recently.
