At 95, and with decades of dealing with various royal rascals under her belt, it takes a lot for the Queen’s patience to wear thin.

It takes even more for the notoriously litigation-shy monarch to enter into court proceedings – but it seems the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s ongoing attacks against the House of Windsor have finally worn thin.

Several credible reports out of the UK and US say the Queen is “lawyering up” as she considers libel proceedings against her 36-year-old grandson and his American wife, who now live in California with their two young children. The shocking move comes after it was revealed the couple – who recently signed a $28 million deal to write Prince Harry’s memoir – is still considering naming and shaming a member of the royal family who they claimed in an interview with Oprah Winfrey was racist towards their then-unborn son Archie, who is now two.
