The benefit of these moves is twofold – not only are they going to lift and sculpt that booty before summer, but you’ll also be engaging some of body’s biggest muscle groups. Every time you do this, your muscles will create a big spike in your body’s ability to burn calories, making it a great way to reduce those muffin tops and tone at the same time. Repeat this routine three times in total.
1. THE TONER
Step one leg further behind and move the arm on the same side down, aiming for the fingertips to touch the ground. Hold, now push straight back up to your deep squat starting position; step the other leg back and aim for the other hand to touch the ground. Come back to your start position. Keep alternating the leg you step back. Repeat 20 times.
2. THE BRIDGE
Start lying down, face up, with your palms facing upwards, knees bent, feet at on the floor and bottom on the ground. Then, in a slow, controlled manner, push your bottom off the ground as high as you can. Hold at the highest point for a couple of seconds; slowly lower back to the ground. Repeat ten times.
3. THE CURTSEY
