Skyblox Co-Living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is leading the way to sustainable and uplifting urban housing

With high demand, restricted supply, and limited space, urban housing often falls short of being the healthy and inspiring environment they are intended to be. But things are changing for the better. Architects are bringing new sets of innovative approach to such projects, opening them up to dynamic design, purposeful layouts, and structural intervention that support social interaction, closeness to nature, and individual expression and privacy.

One prime example is Skyblox Co-Living, completed in 2023 in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The development accommodates more than 500 residents in 320 bespoke, en-suite units that enhance privacy, comfort, and safety. Skyblox also offers an array of social spaces where residents can entertain visitors, interact with their neighbours, or unwind outside their units.
