We’ve enjoyed the Ioniq 5 so much that we just had to go out and drive it some more. Like we said, just look at it —how can you not want to be around this car? It’s got to be the coolest machine on our roads by a fair margin. In fact, it makes you feel like you need to up your own game in the style stakes.

A common line about the Ioniq 5's design in our fraternity has been that this is one production car that still looks like a concept — in a good way. Kudos to Hyundai for letting their design team tap into their inner child when they came up with this! From the edgy ‘80s to the sportiness of the early ‘90s, the Ioniq 5 pays a stunning homage to the era of cool cars.
