ARUNDHATI CHAKRABORTY HAS spent more than 11 years with global technology services company Accenture. She has contributed significantly to growing its $10-billion operations business by tapping into vast opportunities created by artificial intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and automation. In recognition of those efforts, she was elevated to the position of Group Chief Executive of the Operations business at Accenture in August 2024. She used to be Senior MD and Global Delivery Lead of Business Process Services.
