Ensconced within the grandeur of Shangri-La Singapore, The Lobby Lounge's chic décor enhanced my gastronomy experience as I sank into its plush comforts after a long and tiring day.

The Lobby Lounge offers a delectable array of à la carte local heritage hawkers' dishes made with the finest quality ingredients. I started my meal with a glass of the 2019 vintage Siblings Shiraz from the Leeuwin Estate of Margaret River. The wine has a dense and dark nose and is concentrated with blackcurrant, redcurrant, and blueberries. Beneath it lies layers of cocoa, cola, and gentle smoky oak. The elevated notes in this delicious wine are of violets, Szechuan pepper, tobacco, anise, and cloves.
