I strongly recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their life right now. In this book, Tolle encourages the reader to take control of his own mind and focus on the beauty and love around him, just as we all did as children when the world was full of wonder. We're still in that world, but our vision has been clouded by meetings, appointments, paperwork, debt, clocks ticking, deadlines looming, past frustrations and disappointments, and so on. This book serves as a wake-up call to how important it is to simply breathe in and observe the world around us.
