Whether guests are staying overnight at your hotel, visiting your restaurant to eat dinner, or having a couple of drinks at your bar to unwind, you want to present a clean, tidy environment where they feel comfortable.
Perhaps nothing chases away your guests faster than sharing their stay with unwanted pests. Pest control should be a zero-tolerance zone in the hospitality industry. Hotel and Restaurant Managers must do everything they can to keep pests away from the guests. Birds pooping on the pool deck are a highly irritating sight; mice in the lobby are an embarrassment; cockroaches in the kitchen are a nightmare; whereas bed bugs in the guest rooms can be construed as nothing short of a disaster for the hospitality property concerned. Particularly in this age of powerful social media and 24x7 news channels, the presence of pests in hotels can easily become news before they get detected by the hotel's management.
