With engineering in his veins, Dr. Gupta completed his B. Tech in Chemical Engg from IIT-BHU, which opened the doors to delve into various aspects of the industry, from research and development to project management.

During a complex engineering project in Moradabad, where the focus shifted from process design to retrofitting a vast installation into a more compact and optimized form, Dr. Anubhav didn't falter; instead, he saw it as an opportunity to learn and innovate.

Dr. Gupta shared another instance which proved that every setback is an opportunity to come back stronger. He faced bankruptcy in one of his ventures, and the phase, as he describes it, was emotionally draining for him full of adversities and negative thoughts. Rather than losing hope, he assessed the factors that could have led to bankruptcy and used those insights to re-evaluate his strategies. These experiences helped him understand the significance of resilience and honed his problem-solving skills; the qualities that are currently invaluable in his current role. Furthermore, a doctorate in Environmental Science opened new avenues for him and expanded his knowledge base, allowing him to provide comprehensive solutions to his clients.
