Pushing plan for family peace over William's protests

A LARMED Princess Kate fears her bitter brotherin-law Prince Harry is emotionally broken and wants to forgive and forget his vicious attacks on the royal family and heal their rift, palace insiders say.

Even while locked in her own life-and-death battle with cancer, the caring 42-year-old mother of three is desperately trying to convince Prince William, 42, to join her in making peace — but so far, her hardheaded hubby won’t budge.

“Kate is worried sick about Harry and willing to risk the wrath of her husband and the Firm to do what she believes is the right thing,” confides a palace insider.

“She’s pushing for forgiveness and worries the royals are being too harsh.”

Sources tell GLOBE the Princess of Wales still has a soft spot for her brother-in-law, despite the family rift — though she has been kept in the dark during her health crisis.

“Kate has been shielded from the increasing drama with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for quite a while now because people just didn’t want to stress her out as she deals with her health issues,” explains the insider.

“But she doesn’t want to be left out of the loop anymore.”
