Fears pop queen has gone around the bend – again

Britney Spears’ goofy pole dancing video, where she gyrates around a bright pink pole like a stripper in an itty-bitty bikini, has pals and mental health experts concerned she’s off her meds — and off her rocker!

The mother of two squeezed into a tiny leopard two-piece on Aug. 13 to bust some sexy moves in a mirrored room to the X-rated Nine Inch Nails song Closer — which includes the lyrics “I want to f**k you like an animal.”

“She needs an adult in the room,” says noted psychologist Dr. Gilda Carle, who has not treated Spears. “If she’s supposed to be on meds and she’s not on them — that would explain her behavior!”
