The I Knew You Were Trouble singer brands herself a "functioning alcoholic" in Fortnight, a track on her blockbuster album The Tortured Poets Department, leading stunned fans to suspect she may need professional help to fight off demon rum!

"I was supposed to be sent away/But they forgot to come and get me," Taylor, 34, sings in the tune. "I was a functioning alcoholic 'til nobody noticed my new aesthetic/I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary/And I love you, it's ruining my life."
