COUNTRY cutie LeAnn Rimes fears her recent cancer crisis may one day take her life, sources spill.

The How Do I Live singer, 41, underwent a hush-hush excision procedure last month after a routine pap smear discovered she had highgrade cervical dysplasia — or precancerous cells on her cervix!

The hitmaker later told fans her surgery was successful — and admitted she asked to be anesthetized because she’s had “enough trauma” already!

“LeAnn has had so many blessings in her life, but she can’t help feeling snake-bitten when it comes to her health,” a friend dishes. “She fears bad news is waiting around every corner!”

Rimes — who shot to fame at age 13 in 1996 with the tune Blue — has a long history of physical and mental woes.
