SCREEN beauty Reese Witherspoon is finally wrapping up the loose ends of her $1 billion divorce from hubby Jim Toth after enduring years of sexless marriage, say sources.

“Both of them are really longing for a fresh start,” blabs an insider. “It’s been a tortuous process, in part because physical fun and intimacy went out the window literally years ago.”

One problem in the 12-year union was said to be that the business side of their relationship took over, leaving little room for much else, other than being loving parents to their son, Tennessee, 10.

“Things like date nights and couples’ getaways fell off the grid,” snitches the source. “Slowly but surely, they grew apart and the spark died. They’ll always care for each other and want the best for one another, but they’ve been living like brother and sister for years, and there’s only so long you can put up a charade like that.”
