Sources snitch to The National ENQUIRER pressures surrounding the impending resumption of the blood-stained movie are making matters worse as Baldwin faces involuntary manslaughter charges for the fatal on-set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Alec, 65, was spotted strolling in New York City last month with what appeared to be a glucose monitor on his upper left arm and looking thinner than he has in years.
