IN a recent photo posted to her Instagram account, Khloé Kardashian can be seen getting primped and prodded ahead of an appearance promoting her Good American jeans line. Khloé, wearing all black, poses for the camera as someone on her glam team brushes her hair while another applies makeup and a third pins the reality star's jeans. A fourth assistant is spotted on her phone in the background.

Kardashian fans may not see them often, but staff members are always there behind the scenes, working hard to make sure each family member looks like they're living the perfect life. According to sources, those employees have seen it all when it comes to the Kardashian clan (who are said to be worth more than $2 billon combined) and they're ready to lift the lid on secret money problems, quirky habits and over-the-top demands.

STAR TREATMENT

Mom Kris Jenner and her daughters each treat the help differently, the source tells Star. For her part, Khloé "is pretty ruthless and cold-blooded" to the people working for her, reveals the source. "She's very picky. If something is not done to her satisfaction, it has to be done again. Everything needs to meet her exact specifications to the letter or it's not tolerated."

In February, the 38-year-old The Kardashians star was sued by a former household assistant who claims he was fired when he took a leave of absence following a leg injury. "She has very high standards and if someone isn't fulfilling their duties at any time, there's zero hesitation cutting them loose," says the source. There's talk she can't afford as much help as she demands, and that she's in debt to the tune of $7 million. "Khloé has hundreds of thousands flying out the door every month on mortgage payments, travel, clothes and other expenses," says a source. "She's borrowed a ton against her $17 million home and is having trouble paying all her staff."
