1. STAY HYDRATED

There's no doubt that a flight, no matter how long, can strip you of practically every drop of water in your body. Luckily, Khloé Kardashian has perfected her in-flight routine to help her - and us - land feeling fresh. "Hear me when I say it's all about staying hydrated and moisturised, people," the third Kardashian sibling wrote in a post on her now defunct website (khloewithak. com). "I always buy a litre of water before my flight and my goal is to finish it before I land." In fact, as you'll lose around 1.5 litres on a three-hour flight and up to 2 litres on a long-haul, we recommend trying to drink a bit more than that.
