Dhivya Sriram is an exceptional leader in the MSME engineering industry, who has spent the last ten years managing a business, a toddler, and a workforce of over 80 people. Her leadership style is collaborative and purposeful, and she is passionate about women’s empowerment, social causes, and ethical work practices.

In 2015, Dhivya led the establishment of the company’s Export Division, which opened up a new business arena. She is also a champion of women’s empowerment and has actively promoted the use of technology to empower women within her organisation. Through her efforts, the company has grown to employ 14 women and now allows them to excel in their different roles.
