In 1998, when Lily Gladstone was 12, she used her allowance to buy the double VHS tape of Titanic, the epic Oscar-winning drama starring Leonardo DiCaprio as rakish stowaway Jack Dawson. "I preordered it from Toys 'R' Us," says Gladstone. "I loved that movie. Whenever I had crushes in sixth grade, I would project them into Jack." Fast-forward 25 years. The self-described "energetic" former theater kid is not only starring opposite DiCaprio in Martin Scorsese's acclaimed true-crime drama Killers of the Flower Moon, but she's getting Oscar buzz herself.
