The mysteries of quantum mechanics combine with high-stakes family drama in Apple TV+’s twisty sci-fi thriller Dark Matter, adapted from the 2016 bestseller by acclaimed author Blake Crouch.
The nine-episode series stars Australian actor Joel Edgerton as physicist and family man Jason Dessen, who’s abducted from the streets of Chicago on a night out with his friend and fellow scientist Ryan Holder (Jimmi Simpson), and injected with a drug.
