LIVE ATHLETICS
Sun, from 8.30am, BBC1 & BBC2
Gabby Logan presents live coverage of the London Marathon on Sunday as the world’s best distance runners join thousands of fun runners raising money for charity on the streets of the capital.
This year, the race returns to its traditional springtime slot, after moving to the autumn for the past three years because of the pandemic. Steve Cram, Baroness Tanni GreyThompson and Paula Radcliffe are among the commentary team for the 43rd staging of the race, which starts in Blackheath and ends in front of Buckingham Palace.
Ahead of the race, Logan will also be meeting some celebrities and fundraisers tackling the famous 26.2-mile course in London Marathon: My Reason to Run (Sat, 1.15pm, BBC1).
