It’s summer 1979 in this week’s episode of The Long Shadow and the police believe they’re close to solving the murders when a tape, supposedly sent by the killer, arrives in the Millgarth Incident Room.
ACC George Oldfield (David Morrissey) is sure the recording was sent by the man they’re hunting and asks PS Meg Winterburn to transcribe the recording.
