Back in 2019, when Linda was going through the process of getting her young son Ollie diagnosed for autism – an already stressful time in her life due to husband Mick’s panic attacks that were brought on by his wrongful imprisonment for murder – she found herself reaching for a drink to cope. As we know, the odd glass of wine here and the ‘cheeky’ glass of fizz there spiralled, until she was in the grips of alcoholism.
