THERE'S a lot going on with this bunch - dance lessons and soccer practice, nappy changes and wailing babies, constant demands for snacks...
But that's what you get when you go from a unit of four to a family of six in the space of six months. And for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, having a large, noisy family is a dream come true.
"This house is bananas with babies," Chrissy (38) says. "But we wouldn't have it any other way.
They've been through the mill to get the four kids that fill their BeverHills home. Daughter Luna (7), son Miles (5) and baby girl Esti (1) were all conceived after several attempts at IVF and seven-month-old son Wren was born via surrogate.
John (44) says they've adapted well to their big family. "The biggest adjustment was the older kids getting used to having babies around. But they're such good older siblings and we have a lot of fun. It's just more love and joy in the house."
They have their hands full juggling family life with John's singing career and Chrissy's TV, modelling and cookbook commitments but they're making it work.
"Parenting four children takes a lot of energy, John says. "But they also add a lot of energy."
For Chrissy, the main priority is ensuring all the kids receive equal attention. "We try to do the best we can to make sure they feel fulfilled, happy and listened to," she says. "It can be a lot - it's a lot to give yourself to little beings but we signed up for it."
CHRISSY has been open about their fertility issues and the gruelling rounds of IVF she went through to have her babies.
"It's so easy to grow resentful of how easy it is for some people [to get pregnant] when you're literally mixing your own powders and chemicals to inject into your belly, shoving progesterone up there," she said while pregnant with Miles in 2018.
