Lunchbox Protein Bliss Balls GF V

Recipe / Organic Merchant

Makes: 12

1 cup figs, soaked overnight

1 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup Organic Merchant Spirit Dust

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup fermented rice protein powder

Pinch salt

1. Separate figs from the liquid by straining them. Reserve the liquid for later.

2. Combine figs, sunflower seeds, Organic Merchant Spirit Dust, vanilla, protein powder and salt in a food processer until crumbly.

3. If the mix is not soft enough (it should stick together when pressed), add a little more of the fig liquid.

4. Take a spoon of the mix and roll into balls using your hands.

Coat in coconut flakes or another ingredient if you wish.

5. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
