Meet our Assistant Human Resources Manager, who has completed her Master's in Business Administration from ISBR in 2020. An MBA graduate, all the way from Odisha had come down to Bengaluru with many dreams to achieve. She joined an internship which made her discover herself. She says, "That phase was a game changer. It had made me confident, independent, and most importantly extremely happy. I feel grateful to be training people, interact with them and learn new things every single day." In the year 2021, since she believed in her people handling skills, she took the challenge of taking over the HR Department of The Oterra and then actively participated in pre-opening of Otium Goa and Otium Bangalore. In a short span she has proved herself and developed herself into a strong leader. She says "Oterra has given me the platform to grow, to make mistakes and learn from it." She believes that every employee should be heard, and their engagement is the top most criteria for her.

SWATHI ULLAL

Meet our Front Office Manager, Mrs. Swathi Ullal, who is a result-oriented lady, filled with passion and sincerity towards her work. Graduated in BA from Mumbai University, she brings over 15 years of experience in the field of hospitality. Mrs. Swathi started her career as an operator in Guest Services.

She has been a part of The Oterra Hotel for 3.3 years; she has played a major role in driving the team to bring up our TripAdvisor ranking from #38 to #3 out of 1988 and Ranked #14 in Top 25 Hotels in India.

She says, "The Oterra has always brought out the best in me and made me realise women are no less! My team and leaders are my extended family and inspire me to work every single day. My husband has been my biggest support system to whatever I am today."
