I don’t know about you, but I sometimes feel that our lives are ever more complicated and controlled as each year passes. Sometimes we don’t notice until we do something seemingly simple or quite innocuous and we are thwarted. Other times it is clearer when our rights and freedoms are eroded. There is, however, one place you can feel free to express yourself and that is in your garden and on your veg plot. Here we can be who we want to be within the confines of our borders. We can grow what we want and be creative and inspired by nature. We can also ignore everyone else and do things our way and see if it works or not but that is fine too.
