FOR Colombian designer and craft enthusiast Lucia Echavarría, evolving her accessories label to include furniture and homeware was the ideal opportunity to explore making techniques on a somewhat more considerable scale. ‘I think furniture provides a much larger canvas in terms of the number of crafts and the possibilities in which to use them,’ explains Lucia.
