AS A BUSY SINGLE MOM TO TWO boys, designer and TV personality Breegan Jane knows family dynamics as well as she does design. When she found this Venice Beach abode, a mere 10 miles from where she grew up, she realized it was right where her crew belonged--but it would need to be reconfigured to fit her forever-home vision. That wish list included ocean views, party-ready spaces, and peaceful rooms for retreat. Most important, it had to be designed to foster the life she wanted to live when not traveling.
