It was the early '90s. Rohit Khosla and Tarun Tahiliani had opened Ensemble, country's first multi-designer the boutique a few years ago, and Mehr Jesia was modelling for Khosla's collections as his muse. "Rohit was my best friend," Jesia recalls.
