A WEEK IN FITNESS

I get bored very easily so I like to keep my workouts different. I mix it up with kickboxing, weight training and gymnastics. For example, I do weights three times a week, and give two days to kickboxing and maybe once or twice, gymnastics or Zumba.

THE MUST-HAVE GYM EQUIPMENT FOR A HOME GYM

Adjustable weights - where you can attach it to a dumbbell and change the weight according to your needs are a great addition. Resistance bands are a must-have for sure. A bench is also necessary because then you can do a range of exercises on it.
