Earlier this year, Curtis Stone defended himself against, and denied, allegations of labour law violations by his former nanny. Now, New Idea can reveal the Aussie chef has been juggling a second lawsuit of similar allegations.
Disgruntled ex-staff member Todd Chang brought forward claims of working excessive hours and barely having any breaks at Curtis' Michelin-starred Los Angeles restaurant Gwen. He was awarded a USD$60,000 settlement by a Los Angeles Superior Court in February.
