Justin Timberlake could have an expensive divorce on his hands if he doesn’t clean up his act.

Sources tell New Idea that, following the singer’s DUI arrest in New York last week, his wife Jessica Biel, 42, is getting fed up with his unseemly behaviour.

“Jess can’t believe this has happened,” says our source. “She’s forgiven a lot of ‘bad’ behaviour over the years and while this isn’t one of his biggest screw-ups, it could be the final straw for Jess.”
