Hypnotherapist Paul allows others to glimpse their former and future lives

Discovering the concept of reincarnation as a teenager felt like coming home.

In 1988, I became a qualified hypnotherapist, helping others to experience previous lives by accessing memories.

Once, at a festival in Scotland, I decided to do a demonstration.

A woman stepped up and, after going under hypnosis, began clutching her throat and gasping for breath.

She'd gone to a life where she was being strangled! Oh no, I thought. What will the audience make of this? Focusing on her, I led her through the trauma and brought her back.

Two years later at the same festival, the woman approached me again.

'I've always been very sensitive around my neck and never let anyone touch it,' she said.
