Shashwat Goenka, vice chairman of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, shared his perspective, stating that although he was given the choice by his parents to work outside, the sense of growing the family legacy and adding value to it was ingrained in him from birth. He emphasised the huge responsibility that comes with legacy and highlighted that joining a family business allows one to assume larger roles at a younger age. Keshav Reddy, the founder of
