In March, Yogi Adityanath reaped the electoral dividends, arguably, of the 'Yogi Model' of governance. He became chief minister of Uttar Pradesh for a record second consecutive term, creating history. He is also the first CM in 70 years of UP's electoral past to complete a full fiveyear tenure. And, by the time Yogi completes his second term, he will have been the longest-serving CM of the country's most populous state.
