Assange: Where does he go from here?
The Light|Issue 47 - July 2024
JULIAN Assange has been released after five years in custody, but what that means for the awakening community and the battle against technocracy remains to be seen.

Assange: Where does he go from here?

As with many public figures from the 'alternative' spectrum that are graced with airtime on the mainstream TV news, Assange is a divisive figure.

Lauded by some as the greatest journalist of our time, he also faces criticism for being used as a distraction in some form or another, allegedly as controlled opposition and/or a deterrent to other would-be whistleblowers.

At the time of writing, the reported terms of his release deal are that Assange will plead guilty to an infringement of the U.S.

Espionage Act in return for a five-year timeserved sentence and the freedom to return home to Australia.
