The 28-year-old former Birmingham City youngster hung up his boots at the end of last season following a short spell with Rugby Town, helping them win promotion to the Northern Premier Midland Division. He also played for Stratford Town, Tamworth, Leamington and Bromsgrove Sporting while coaching some of Birmingham's academy sides.
But now he has a new goal, combining his first team management role at the Southern League Premier Central side with developing the club's hybrid programme that sees players train each day, combining ball work and matches with strength and conditioning including gym sessions.
Fry explained: "Part of my role here is to help all parts of the football club, so that's being around the football and education programme and delivering on that.
