A land deal in Ahmedabad's Iscon-Ambli Road has set a new record, with the sale of Ekta Farm Society done at Rs 3.3-3.4 lakh per square yard. The deal, worth over Rs 200 crore, for the land located just opposite Ashok Vatika Society signals a radical shift for this stretch of the city.

The location boasts several advantages, including a BRTS station just opposite the society’s gate, a popular landmark. There is also the potential for increased Floor Space Index (FSI), and the planned building may claim a 5.4 FSI due to wide roads.

Highest price

According to realty experts, this is the highest price paid for any land parcel, so far, on this stretch; this makes the overall value of the land deal vary between Rs 200 crore to Rs 250 crore.
