The Gujarat Independent Preschool Association has declared the closure of all preschools across the state on Tuesday, December 3, as part of a silent protest against the government's failure to address concerns related to new registration directives for preschools. There are approximately 5,000 preschools in Ahmedabad alone.
As part of the protest, the association members and preschool owners will gather at the Ramkatha Ground in Gandhinagar on December 3 for a demonstration.
