Revenue from operations jumps 69% to ₹3,288 crore

The company reported a loss of ₹347 crore during the corresponding period last year. The results were also ahead of analyst expectations on both revenue and net profit fronts.

Zomato's revenue from operations rose 69 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to ₹3,288 crore in Q3, up from ₹1,948 crore a year ago. It had reported revenue of 2,848 crore in the previous quarter.

Total expenses for the Gurugram-based food delivery firm increased to ₹3,383 crore in the quarter ended September, up from ₹3,039 crore a quarter ago and 2,485 crore a year ago.

Zomato's adjusted earnings Ads take Blinkit past efore interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda), Zomato's delivery business including its quick-commerce business Blinkit, were positive for the third quarter in a row at ₹125 crore, compared to ₹41 crore in the second quarter (Q2) of FY24.
