Victories in athletics, cycling, rowing and swimming saw GB claim a record-breaking haul in Paris.
Wheelchair racer Hannah Cockroft stormed to her fourth successive Paralympic title in the super Sunday medals bonanza.
Hannah, 32, was a class above her rivals as she claimed the gold medal in the women's T34 100m final in 16.8 seconds.
It was a GB one-two as team-mate Kare Adenegan took the silver.
Hannah said she was thrilled to have vocal support from the crowd and added: "I knew Paris could do it, and I'm so glad they did.
"That noise is what we do it for, the support is amazing. I can't wipe the smile from my face. For 12 years, that's what we've worked for.
"I'm making my life well hard doing this. You know you are the one people are watching but that's what keeps you going you don't' want to let people down and I know I have more in me. My time wasn't amazing but it doesn't matter."
The GB cycling trio of Kadeena Cox, Jaco van Gass and Jody Cundy retained their open C5 750m team sprint title amid emotional scenes.
Kadeena hugged friends and family following victory in the final velodrome event, with the win coming four days after she suffered a horrific fall on the same track.
The team had qualified fastest for the final before thrashing Spain in the gold medal race.
