A MAN has been arrested over the "honeytrap scandal" when several MPs reported they were asked to share explicit images.
The Metropolitan Police said the suspect was detained yesterday "on suspicion of harassment and committing offences" under the Online Safety Act.
Labour is understood to have immediately suspended a party member after it was notified the individual was arrested in Islington, North London.
