MAKO VUNIPOLA says Saracens can give England a timely boost but they must first withstand one of their toughest ever cup challenges.

Three Premiership teams through to the Champions Cup quarter-finals is English rugby's best return since 2020. That in itself is heartening for England boss Steve Borthwick as he tries to find a winning formula ahead of the World Cup.

But with Leicester, Exeter and Saracens all outsiders to reach the last four, the hard work is only just beginning.
